4.17.3 Retrieval device of the mouse station

Fig. 55: Retrieval device of the mouse station

The pneumatic cylinder (2) pushes the mouse mechanics (5) down and 
pulls the mouse back to the end stop-rear (7) by means of the retrieval 
mechanism (6). The pulling force and the retrieval speed of the mouse can 
be adjusted manually.

To adjust the pulling force of the mouse station:

1. Loosen the tommy screw (3)
2. Shift the position of the weight (4) on the mouse mechanics (5).

•

More pulling force:

 Shift the weight (4) outward. 

•

Less pulling force:

 Shift the weight (4) inward.

3. Tighten the tommy screw (3).

To adjust the retrieval speed of the mouse station:

1. Pull the adjusting wheel (1) to the front.

The adjusting wheel (1) is released (3). 

2. Turn the adjusting wheel (1).

•

Speed higher:

 Turn clockwise

•

Speed lower:

 Turn counterclockwise

3. Engage the adjusting wheel (1).

The adjusting wheel (1) is locked
