Change an Empty DxI Wash Buffer Container
Use supply status to determine which container(s)
of wash buffer needs to be replaced
Pull out the wash buffer supply drawer
Extend the neck of the new container and remove
the cap and inner seal
Remove the perforated cardboard panels of the
new container and gently invert the container 3-4
times
Press the disconnect button on the empty
container to release the tubing
Remove the empty container from the drawer and
replace it with the new container
Remove the cap/draw tube assembly from the
empty container and insert it into the new
container
Connect the tubing to the new container and close
the drawer

Type the lot number into the DxI Wash Buffer
field (Rear or Front) located in the DxI
