Important

The stop ring has a specific installation
orientation.
Install it in the correct orientation.

Prepare the new replacement bearing.
Assemble the tension pulley in the reverse
order to the disassembly steps.

Replacement of the Hydraulic Pump Drive Shaft
Bearing

Wear of bearings due to usage frequency or
damage to bearings or other parts caused by
water penetration may prevent smooth
rotation of the hydraulic pump drive shaft.
Inspect and replace the bearings.
Make sure that there is no abrasion in the
drive shaft.
Make sure that there is no wear or rust in the
bearing, and no play between the drive shaft
and bearing.
Make sure that the pump shaft housing does
not have any cracks.

Remove the hydraulic pump drive belt.

Remove the tension lever.

Follow the steps below to remove the pump
shaft housing.

Remove the pump pulley bolt.
Remove the spring washer and washer.
Remove the pump pulley.
