T2. Solenoid timer
It is associated with the fuel solenoid pull,
and operates for only 3 seconds when the
key switch is ON, and functions as the timer
to hold the fuel solenoid.
It is located under the hood.
T3. Glow lamp timer
This timer controls illumination of the thermo-
start lamp for the pilot box. When the ignition
key is held in the "GLOW" position, the
thermo-start lamp turns on for 5 seconds.
It is located under the hood.
M1. Hour meter
This indicates total operation time of the
engine.
It is located under the hood.
M2. Fuel gauge
This instrument is connected with the fuel
unit installed in the upper part of the fuel tank
and indicates the amount of the fuel in the
tank.
It is located in the meter panel.
M3. Water temperature gauge
The water temperature gauge is connected
to the water temperature sensor on the
engine's cylinder head (rear left), and is the
gauge that indicates the temperature of
engine coolant.
It is located in the meter panel.
SNS1. Proximity switch (NO (+) (black))
This detects that the traveling pedal is not
pressed by using the frame sensor and
plastic detection magnet installed on the
traveling relay lever.
This is located near the traveling relay lever.
SNS2. Proximity switch (NO (+) (black))
This detects if the lift arm is rising by using
the frame sensor and plastic detection
magnet installed on the fulcrum part of #2
mower arm.
It is located on the fulcrum part of #2 mower
arm.
S1. Reel rotation switch
The reel rotation switch uses a rocker switch.
It functions as the switch to rotate and stop
the reel.
It is located in the operation panel on the
right of the seat.
S2. Reel reverse switch
The reel reverse switch uses a rocker switch.
It controls the reverse rotation of the stack
valve for mower rotation according to switch
operation.
It is located under the hood.
S3. Seat switch
This is one of the safety switches that
constitute the interlock system.
It is a seat switch [NO type (press to
conduct)] and is associated with the engine
start/stop relay.
It is located in the center of the seat.
S4. Parking brake switch
This is one of the safety switches that
constitute the interlock system.
It is a safety switch [NC type (press brake
pedal to conduct), 2 circuits] and is
associated with the engine start/stop relay.
It is located near the brake pedal fulcrum
fitting under the hood.
S5. Light switch
The light switch uses a rocker switch.
It is used to turn the headlights on and off.
It is located at the right end of the meter
panel.
BZ1. Buzzer
This buzzer is linked to the thermo switch on
the water flange (to which the upper radiator
hose is connected). An intermittent buzzer
alarm will sound if the coolant temperature
reaches 105 °C (221 °F).
It is located near the rear surface of the
meter panel in the console.
D1. Diode unit
This is one part that is associated with the
interlock.
It is interlocked with the fuel solenoid hold
relay and starter relay.
It is connected by the harness under the
hood.
D2. Diode unit
It has the role of protecting electrical circuits
from surges generated by the fuel solenoid
hold circuit.
It is connected by the harness under the
hood.
1. Tank unit
The tank unit is connected to the fuel gauge.
The remaining fuel volume measurement is
determined by the position of the float.
It is located on top of the fuel tank at the rear
area of the main body.
