Start the engine, and rev it up to the
maximum rpm.
Set the 2WD/3WD selector lever to the
"2WD" position.
Check that the tires do not move.
If a tire moves even slightly, stop the engine,
and then repeat steps 6. to 9.
Adjustment of Traveling Relay Lever
Important
Be sure to check that the piston pump has
been adjusted before adjusting the traveling
relay lever.
Important
Install the push-pull cable such that it is not
twisted.
Start the engine.
Lower the mower unit.
Stop the engine.
Open the hood.
Remove the right-side floor panel.
Follow the steps below to adjust the traveling
relay lever.
Adjust the push-pull cable connecting the
trunnion lever and traveling relay lever at the
adjustment point.

Loosen the lock nut.
Adjust the push-pull cable so that the
traveling relay lever is in a position facing
directly up.
