Important
Use the grease for the brake and be sure not
to apply the friction surface of the shoe.
If the grease is attached to the friction surface,
wash off oil with brake cleaner, etc.
Apply grease to the sliding parts when
assembling.

Turn the adjustment screw to adjust the
width of the brake shoe.

Do not insert the key to the motor shaft and
tentatively assemble the drum.

Belt
Replacement of the Hydraulic Pump Drive Belt
Important
When replacing the drive belts, replace all
three belts simultaneously.
Follow the steps below to loosen the belt
tension.
Remove the lock nut.
Remove the nut.
Remove the washer A.
Remove the spring.
Remove the collar.
Remove the cotter pin.
Remove washer B.
Remove the pin.
Remove the lever adjuster.
