4-3 Game Overview
• The Wangan Terminal is equipped with convenient functions that help promote game play by letting players
“Transfer data from MAXIMUM TUNE 5 (the previous game in the series)”, “Use Maxi G (gold) to obtain dress-
up parts”, “Change dress-up parts”, “Check vehicle data”, “Give discarded vehicle cards
(present Cards) to
friends”, “Create teams” and “purchase new BANApASSpOrT cards”.
• In Online Ghost Versus Battle Mode, the player can call out a “ghost double” of an actual player to compete in
a VS player game. The player can customize their vehicle and accumulate ghost outrun trophies.
• In addition, by playing games in Time Attack Mode and VS player Mode, the player can beat their best time,
increase their level, obtain new titles, and accumulate VS player outrun stars and VS player awards.

AXIMUM TUNE 5 to continue game play.
bANApASSpOrT cards
• The machine can save game play information on BANApASSpOrT cards. When a player creates a card
the first time they play, a card containing the information of the selected vehicle is dispensed after the game
ends. In subsequent game play, the player can have the machine scan the card to continue the game from
the end of the previous game play.
• When the BANApASSpOrT card scanned by the BANApASSpOrT card reader/writer has not yet been used
with this game but data for
MAXIMUM TUNE 5 exists on that BANApASSpOrT card, the data is automatically
transferred and players can continue from the progress saved on the BANApASSpOrT card.
If the
BANApASSpOrT card was not used with MAXIMUM TUNE 5, a screen appears enabling the player to
newly register the BANApASSpOrT card. By registering the BANApASSpOrT card, players can use the
BANApASSpOrT card with this game.
• The information for up to 100 vehicles can be registered on a single BANApASSpOrT card. Of the vehicles
registered on a card, the first through fifth vehicles in the lineup can be used with the Driver Cabinet. The
lineup order can be changed using the Wangan Terminal.
• There is no limit on the number of times a card can be used. (There is no need to update a card.)
• By accessing the BANApASSpOrT card website Url noted on the back of a BANApASSpOrT card and
registering the card, players can perform various operations such as transferring data to another card or
locking data in the event that a card is lost or damaged.
