Procedure
1. Press the left softkey
Hold
, to put the counterpart of the call on hold.
2. Press left softkey
Retrieve
, which is only showed on the screen when the other party of
the call is put on hold.
The call will retrieve, and conversation will continue.
Note:
If one call is active and another call is on hold, then the active call will be terminated
when pressing the red
On-hook
button, and the handsets automatically returns to the
call on hold.
For example, the call on hold is now active, and the user must press the red
On-hook
button again to terminate this call.
Note:
When the counterpart is put on hold it is also possible establish a second call and
make a conference, swap or transfer which will be explained in the following sections.
Transfer a call
When in an ongoing call, it is possible for either party to transfer the call, either attended or
unattended, to another handset.

In an attended transfer the party that call is transferred to, is called before the transfer is made.
