WARNING
Operating the vehicle without AbS can
result in loss of control of the vehicle in
an emergency braking situation or on
low traction conditions. A loss of vehicle
control can lead to an accident, which
may result in serious injury or death.
Automatic Traction Control Lamp
The Automatic Traction Control (ATC) Lamp
(Figure 71) is activated by the vehicle’s
automatic traction control system to give the
driver a visual signal that one or more wheels
are spinning. The ATC Lamp will go out when
all powered wheels regain traction.

Trailer Anti-Lock brake System
Warning Lamp
The Trailer ABS Lamp (Figure 72) indicates
a fault has been detected in the trailer ABS
system, when equipped, or communications
from the trailer ABS control module have been
lost.

Park brake Lamp
The Park Brake Lamp (Figure 73) will
illuminate when the park brake is applied. The
indicator will go out when the park brake is
released.

Wait to Start Lamp
If the Wait to Start Lamp (Figure 74) is
illuminated after starting, further diagnosis
is required. DO NOT START THE ENGINE.
Have the problem diagnosed by an authorized
Autocar service facility.

Charging System Warning Lamp
The Charging System Warning Lamp
(Figure 75) will illuminate to indicate the
alternator is not charging the vehicle’s
batteries.
