Operative State Change
The table describes the alarm and shows the alarm information presented to Users. For
Users' convenience, all alarms generated by the Media Gateway have the same standard
structure, including the fields shown in the table.

This trap is reported under an operational state change of a certain
media gateway resource mirrored by its MO (Managed Object) and MIB.
Possible states are: Enable, Disable

Corrective Action
If the new operative state is disabled, it means the entity is out of service.
To analyze the problem, check the communication alarms for an interface
entity failure. If an FRU entity has failed, check to see that the unit is
firmly and correctly inserted inside the chassis. Furthermore, check the
unit's LED status indicators. Refer to the Troubleshooting tables in the
Installation & Operation Manual.
