4.5 Service interface
At the bo+om housing wall (see Figures 1 and 2) there is a service connector. It is designed to connect
a service tool to Sigma Control L Unit (e.g. a PC with proper so ware installed). Interface parameters – see
sec on 10.
4.6 Extension Module Interface
Extension Module Interface allows users to expand the func onality of Sigma Control L Unit. The interface
port makes it possible to install the Extension Module Interface.
To install the Extension Module, take the following steps (see also figure 9).
1. Disconnect power supply from the control unit.
2. Remove the unit cover.
3. Disconnect the front panel by removing its cable from the port (see figure 2).
4. Install the module in the Extension Module slot (see figure 2) – step I and II (figure 9).
5. Connect cables to the Extension Module.
6. Re-connect and replace the unit cover.
7. Turn the control unit power on.
8. Set up Extension Module parameters as required (see sec on 5.9).
