Serial General Purpose Input/Output connector (6-1 pin SGPIO1)

The SGPIO 1 connector is used for the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Enterprise SGPIO 
interface  that  controls  the  LED  pattern  generation,  device  information,  and  general 
purpose data.

 

Serial General Purpose Input/Output connectors (8-1 pin SGPIO2, SGPIO3)

The SGPIO 2 and SGPIO 3 connectors are for the LSI 2308 RAID controller.
