To use Back Page:
1. Create a 2-page job ( can be first 2 pages of a longer job –
Back Page will be page 2 ).
2. Print job with the following settings:
Check Back Page .
Set number of copies as "2" .
Duplex Settings selected.
To print job:
1. Uncheck Back Page
2. Turn Duplex Settings OFF . Check the Printer Status screen
and see that the Back Page icon is turned on [A].
3. Print document. Back page is loaded and does not need to be
reloaded each time for each piece run.

Copies – Enter number of copies to be printed. NOTE: Default setting ( Reverse Order unchecked ) prints
job starting with first page. Printing starts as soon as first page loads.
Reverse Order allows job to start printing from last page. Since entire job has to load into Printer before
printing starts, large jobs may take longer to load.

Media – Choose a type of media or different
size media than document was originally
designed for.
Type: Chart at right lists media profiles
associated with type of media chosen.
Sizes: 21 sizes are available. Document is
automatically resized to fit new media.
Also create and save a
Custom Size to suit
your needs. NOTE: Do not exceed maximum
paper size for Printer.

Duplex Settings – Sets the Duplex Printer for
single or double-sided printing when attached
to the Top Printer. Also set the
Binding for
the print job. NOTE: This feature is inactive
if the Top Printer is not connected to the
Duplex (
Bottom ) Printer.

Color Selection – Set Printing for Color , Composite
Black ( uses all colors to print Black ), or Black Only
( uses only Black ink ).

Print Quality – Select Normal or Best .
Normal is 1600 x 800 dpi, checking
“Half Speed”
box
slows printing for higher quality on glossy stock.
Best setting is 1600 x 1600 dpi, for use when high quality
images are required.


settings for various jobs.
