Center pause is the amount of time the patient is held in a level position after rotating to the right or left.

: zeroes the meter which measures the time spent in rotation mode.

Left Angle
: adjust to display sequentially 0, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 or max.
Left angle is the target left rotation angle to which the patient will turn to their left during rotation and
during left hold.
The rotation angle can be adjusted to only 0, 10, 15 or 20 if positioning packs are not used to
position patient during rotation. Refer to the
Lock-Out Menus
section in this chapter for additional
information.
If a left angle of 0

is selected, the right angle cannot be adjusted to 0
°

Left pause is the amount of time the patient is held in place once the target left rotation angle is reached.

button to highlight either On or Off.
Current status indicates if rotation is activated or deactivated.

Acclimation Option
display shown at right will
appear.
Use acclimation option to help the patient adjust
to the target rotation angle by increasing the degree of rotation in a series of steps until the target
rotation angle is achieved.
For target rotation angles of 25
°
or more, the patient will rotate to 25
°
angle for six cycles, then
increase 10
°
angle every six cycles until the target rotation angles are reached.
If rotation is interrupted, the acclimation cycle will be restored at the last completed cycle if the
acclimation option has not been cancelled. Acclimation option is automatically cancelled when air is
turned off, or if CPR is activated.
Acclimation Mode will appear in the
Home
menu under
Percus: On Off
. This message remains on
the display after the completion of the cycles.
