General Problems
NOTE
Before starting the troubleshooting check: Power supply, Water supply and the LEDs on control
panel. If the problem can not be solved with the problem solving actions below, please contact an
ArjoHuntleigh authorized technician.
PROBLEM
ACTION
The water is too hot or cold when filling the bath or
showering.
•
Inlet supply reversed (hot supply to cold supply).
•
No hot water reaching the mixer.
•
Check strainer and inlet/outlet fittings for
blockage, according to section

•
Installation conditions continuously outside
operating parameters - contact qualified personnel.
Auto fill function will not stop to fill when the water
level reaches to the sensors.
•
The preset filling level can be up to approximately
5cm above the sensor.
•
Sensors need cleaning because of collected residue
build up. See section
Cleaning and Disinfection

Contact qualified personnel.
Low or bad flow in shower handle.
•
Check and clean the shower handle head. See

Water on the floor
•
Check for leakage from water inlet pipes and
bathtub drainage.
•
Turn off the electrical supply and water supply.
WARNING
Pressurised system and risk of scalding.
Make sure that the valve (B) is closed
before removing the cap, this is especially
important for the hot water valve.
