function.
The setting range for tBC is from 0 to 14400s, in steps of
1s.

Displays value, in percent, for the Broken Conductor
threshold. This threshold is the ratio between negative and
positive phase sequence current.
Setting range is from 20 to 100% by, in steps of 1%.
