CT /VT ratios
................ Definition of presence of CT ratio, VT ratio and Constant type
parameters in Meter Error Test screen:

both ratios are equal to 1).

means that these parameters are showed only when at least
one from CT and VT ratios (defined for selected meter or edited on
page) is not equal to 1 … otherwise are hidden.
