Upgrading firmware
Follow the instructions in this chapter accurately to successfully update the
embedded software (FW) on your detector:
•
Switch on the DECADE Elite detector and start the Elite Dialogue
software on your PC. The select devices menu will pop up.
•
Check the ‘DECADE Elite’ and ‘Connect Elite via USB’ check box
and select the corresponding COM port from the Port settings pull-
down menu.
Click ‘OK’ to connect.
•
Go to the "Tools" pull down
menu and select the ‘FW upload’ op-
tion. The following FW selection box will open:
