When enabled, Auto Save automatically saves the trace data
for the current fiber under test at the conclusion of the test.
Additionally you set a filename prefix as well as a sequence
number for a series of file saves.
To set the Auto Save parameters:
1. Enter the Setup screen. See “To access the Setup
screen:” on page 4-4 for details. The Preferences
Setup screen appears.
Or, start at step 2 if you are already in Setup.
2. Press Auto Save ( F4 ), the Auto Save Setup screen
appears (see Figure 4-6).

3. Use the Up or Down Arrow key to highlight the
Enable Auto Save field, if not already highlighted,
and then press the Set key to select the check box.
4. Highlight the Filename Prefix field and then press
the Set key . The SoftkeyBoard screen appears (see
Figure 4-7 on page 4-11):
