Angelus Sanitary Can Machine Company

1)

The Baffle will install on top of the Oil
Pan as shown in illustration.

2)

Install (2) M10 X 140mm Long Studs
into the Base for temporary support.

3)

Apply Blue RTV Silcone to the top
edge of the Baffle and allow Baffle to
rest on the studs at a angle.

4)

Apply RTV Blue Silicon to the Oil Pan
and install with a floor jack.

323S854 Oil Baffle

Angelus now makes available a Drive Case Oil Baffle that eliminates the large air bubbles that
come through the Oil Line into the 29H614 Oil Filtration Unit. The Baffle is a SS Sheet that is
installed between the 20S843 Drive Case and the 6S854 Drive Case Cover. The Baffle acts to
form a physical barrier around the Main Drive Gears to prevent the air that the Gears introduce
into the Oil from going directly into the Suction Line of the Oil Filtration Pump per Engineering
Bulletin #66.
