Prelube and Place the Nylatron Support
Ring onto the Bearing Retainer. Position
Nylatron Support Ring
the under cut facing up and towards the
Seaming Turret of the Seamer.

Install Key and Discharge Turret Hub
and install a M10-1.5 X 25mm L. Half
Dog Point Set Screw. Discharge Turret
Hub clearance over the Nylatron Support
Ring should be .003 to .005 of an inch.
Tighten the Set Screw to secure in place.

Slide the Discharge Turret Collar down
into place allowing approx..005 of an inch
clearance between Collar and Hollow Shaft.
Tighten two M12-1.75 X 14mm Set Screws.

Reset Upper Turret Housing Height.

Measure distance from the Upper Turret
Housing down to the Base machined surface.
.003 to .005 clearance

NOTE:
Release the Upper Turret Hub Clamp.
Three separate points are machined for
Micrometer measurement. Each point
is covered with a plate. Remove the plates
and measure from Upper Turret Housing
Bottom to Base. Adjust the Discharge
area dimension to read within .005 of an
inch. This is accomplished by using the
Elevator Screw and Sprocket teeth. All
three points must be within .005 of an inch.
Once set, connect Elevator Chain and
always check Housing to Base dimensions
when Elevating the Housing.
Inside Micrometer used to check height
