the STATUS screen.

Move the cursor to ERROR and press the cursor key (

) to go to the following
screen.
Set the signals (trouble/caution signals) to be
output when a fault occurs.
In this example, all items are set OFF to
output the trouble signal.
ON: Caution signal output; start signal acceptable
OFF: Trouble signal output; start signal unacceptable
Operation on the STATUS screen is now complete.
Press the MENU key to return to the menu screen.

Next, select PRECHECK and press the ENTER key.
Set the precheck ON/OFF and precheck conditions.
Operation on the PRECHECK screen is now complete.
Press the MENU key to return to the menu screen.

Set the schedule No. to 15.
→
Set the weld time for precheck at 1.00 ms.
→
Set the voltage to 2.00 V.
Set the range of precheck.
