29.5 In addition to short and long term spark demand graphs, the system has a set
of short and long term RPM graphs. The short term graph shows the RPM over
the last 1-5 minutes to allow the operator to monitor engine speed and stability.
This RPM data is what is recorded by the ignition system and should not be
used in place of a tachometer or other high precision device. The RPM data is
updated every 640ms during normal engine operation.
