ip pim rp-candidate
Use this command to give the router the candidate RP status using the IP address of the
specified interface.
Use the
no
parameter to unconfigure the setting.
Syntax
ip pim rp-candidate <ifname>
[ priority <priority>|interval <interval>| grouplist <grouplist>]
no ip pim rp-candidate [<ifname>]

ip pim rp-register-kat
Use this command to configure the Keep Alive Time (KAT) for (S,G) states at the RP to
monitor PIM Register packets.
Use the
no
parameter to set the value back to its default.
