stack enable
This command is used on a stackable stand-alone unit to manually turn on virtual chassis
stacking feature and XEM-STK links.
By default, VCS feature starts automatically at the device start-up when XEM-STK is detected.
This command can only be used when the stacking feature and XEM-STK links were disabled
by using no stack enable on the stack master.
Because that stackable standalone unit became a master for itself after using no stack enable,
when it tries to re-join the stack by using this command, it will reboot itself and join the stack as
a back-up member to avoid the master conflict.
