To avoid temperature overshoot at steam heating, the % value is the re-
duced temperature at which the heating is switching off before reaching
the target value. In the tub cold and hot water gets mixed and if after 30
seconds the programmed target temperature is not reached, the heating
will be started again.

A diagnostic message is generated by the wash computer when the wa-
ter hasn't reached the programmed temperature in 60 Minutes. (Err 14).
NOTE: If 99 minutes has been selected, NO error message
will be generated at all, even if the heating time exceeds 99
minutes. The machine will only stop heating when the pro-
grammed temperature has been reached.
