1.

The silicone gasket, washers and diaphragm should be replaced every 2000
hours of operation.

2.

To do so dissemble the pulsator by removing the top cover top cover then take
the six screws out.

3.

After the six screws are completely loose, the complete assembly will pull apart.

4.

Be sure to remember the orientation of the components for reassembly.
