a summary of all the cow milking

CHANGE SETTINGS (See the Following Setup Tables)–

 

After choosing 2 on the numeric switch 

pad brings you to the set

-

up pages. There are several pages. To navigate though the settings 

press change pages by pressing 9 to move forward and 7 to move back. To select an item press 
2 to scroll up and 8 to scroll down. After selecting the item to be changed press switches 4 or 6 to 
increase or decrease to the desired value. (See the following Set

-

up Pages)

WRITE TO DATA CARD–

 

After choosing 3 the Expresso will ask you if you want to write the 

stored data onto a data memory card. A card must be present, if no card is present then the 
Expresso will tell you there no card present and a card must be added for this to work. 

 

4.

 

ERASE MEMORY—After choosing 4 the Expresso will ask you erase data (Yes/No) Selecting 
Yes will erase the data in memory. 

 

5.

 

RESET MAINTENANCE

-

After choosing 5 the Expresso will ask you if you want to reset the 

maintenance schedule. Internally there is a time clock that tracks the operating hours. This clock 
will be reset to zero if yes is selected. 

 

6.

 

DISPLAY COM STATUS

-

After choosing 6 the Expresso will show the status of the 

communication network associated with the system. 

 

7.

 

EXERCISE OUTPUTS–

 

After choosing 7 the Expresso allows you to operate the valves by 

pressing Cylinder or Milk Line Shut

-

off. This feature allows you to check to be sure the valves 

and operating properly. 

 

8.

 

INITIALIZE WIRELESS—

 

This setting us used when a wireless module is connected and is used 

as a means of identifying the wireless connection included in the unit.

up press the browser (gear) switch. Press 2 to change settings. To navigate 

through the set

up options press the 2 or 8 switch, when changing a value press the 4 or 6 switch. These 

switches have arrows. To page through the setup pages press the 7 or 9 switch. The Expresso will 
automatically save the new settings.
