WARNING
Hazards due to obstacles in the environment
During flight operations, there is a danger of accidents occurring if the user
does not pay attention to the surrounding environment including both, the
airspace and the ground space of the operating area.
Precautions:
•
Avoid to change your position while operating the product.
•
A qualified and trained observer is always recommended to assist the oper-
ator with environment monitoring.
WARNING
If the product is improperly disposed of, the following can happen:
•
If polymer parts are burnt, poisonous gases are produced which may impair
health.
•
If batteries are damaged or are heated strongly, they can explode and
cause poisoning, burning, corrosion or environmental contamination.
•
By disposing of the product irresponsibly you may enable unauthorised
persons to use it in contravention of the regulations, exposing themselves
and third parties to the risk of severe injury and rendering the environment
liable to contamination.
Precautions:
CAUTION
Components may get hot during operation and stay hot after operation.
Risk of burning injuries.
Precautions:
•
Avoid touching hot components.
•
Wait until hot components cool down after operation.
•
Wear gloves if you have to touch possibly hot components.
CAUTION
Adjustment of Trim
A trim adjustment of the joysticks can lead to unfamiliar steering behaviour and
crash. By default, the adjustment of the trim is deactivated.
Precautions:
•
Do not change the trim by yourself.
•
If you want to change the trim or if you changed the trim unintentionally,
contact Aibotix service.
CAUTION
Sensors may provide wrong data
A malfunction may occur if the environmental information is inconsistent or not
comprehensive. The functionality of some Safety Features relies on the infor-
mation of one or more of the following sensors: Pressure Sensor, Ultrasonic
Sensor, GPS, Magnetic Compass.
Precautions:
•
Be aware that sensors may provide wrong data and always be ready to take
over manual control.
The product must not be disposed with household waste.
Dispose of the product appropriately in accordance with the
national regulations in force in your country.
Always prevent access to the product by unauthorised
personnel.
