Procedure:
-
Switch the pressure control switch on the control panel to "manual" (1 Fig. 6/1).
-
Set the air pressure regulation to maximum on the manometer using the button (Figure 6 2/1.
-
Set the valve to "spray".
-
Open the clean water inlet with the tank suction valve.
-
If the sprayer is equipped with double mixing (25 Figure 6/1), it must be closed.
-
Travel over an untreated area with extended booms.
-
Turn on the engagement section using the switch (10 Figure 6/1).
-
Turn on the main spray switch (9 Figure 6/1) on the control panel while driving.
-
Only then, turn on the drive, thus turning on the pump at half speed.
Clean water is now sprayed through the nozzles.
Because the residual amount of mix must be diluted in the distribution system at least 10 times,
the fresh water tank must be full when flushing.
11.2
Rinsing the distribution system
If the sprayer is equipped with pneumatic switching for individual nozzles, hoses are mounted at
the end of the distribution system which are connected back to the tank.
These reverse flows are automatically closed by the valve on the tank when the main spray switch
on the control panel is on and the nozzles are spraying.
Once the spray is turned off, the reverse flows open, and the liquid from the tubes returns to the
tank.
Rinsing the distribution system makes it possible to flush the stainless steel distribution system
with clean water without the need to spray.
It is also possible to bring a new mix all the way to the nozzle before starting a new spray. This
will reduce the error at the beginning of spraying in which the nozzle only sprays clean water at
first and later the mix.
11.3
Rinsing and draining the suctioned spray tank
Even after completely suctioning out with the pump, technological residues remain in the tank.
These residues must be diluted 10 times, so the tank must be filled with clean water for flushing.
As soon as the spraying is discontinued because the reservoir was suctioned:
-
Switch the main spray power (9 Figure 6/1) to "stop".
-
Stop driving.
-
Reduce the engine speed (recommended shaft speed is about 250 RPMs).
-
Set the 5-way valve to "rinse tanks".
-
Open the inlet for clean water.
-
If the sprayer is equipped with dual mixing (25 Figure 6/1), it may be briefly turned on.
-
During rinsing, briefly switch the 5-way valve to "mixing" and "Ecomixer".
After a short time, the clean water tank will be emptied, and the pump, filters, mixer, regulation,
and the main tank are flushed. For a thorough washing (such as when changing the preparation)
solvents or neutralizers must be added to the tank, and the sprayer should thoroughly flushed for a
longer time (here it is necessary to observe the pesticide manufacturer's recommendations).
Procedure:
-
The valve must be set to "rinse tank".
-
Flush the tank at a pump speed of 250 RPMs.
