Attention!
Never treat the brake lines with petrol, benzene, petroleum or mineral oil
16.2 Cleaning with high-pressure cleaner / steam cleaner
- Do not clean any electrical parts.
- Never point the cleaning jet directly at lubricating moving parts.
- The minimum distance from the nozzle to the sprayer part must be 30 cm.
- Follow the safety rules for handling high-pressure or steam cleaners.
16.3 Protecting from freeze (draining the sprayer)
Draining:
- Before draining, the sprayer must be washed and rinsed with clean water.
- Open the valves of the main tank and clean water tank (positions 8, 11).
- Remove the suction filter.
- Extend the booms.
- Switch on the main valve and section valves (position 1, 2).
- Switch the pressure regulator (position 3) on the control panel to "manual".
- Set the button (position 19) on the manometer gauge to maximum pressure regulation.
- Turn on the pump (540 RPMs) and let the water flow out until only air comes out of the
nozzles. For complete drainage, tilt the booms to the left and right sides with the booms in the
upper position.
- turn off the section valves (position 2), but leave the main valve on (position 1).
- Then switch the Ecomixer-injector (position 5) and drain.
- Open the valve to rinse the Ecomixer (position 6), then flush the nozzles until water flows out
(position 15).
- Switch the valve to "rinse tank" and then to "mix tank".
- Drain the clean water canister.
- Drain the clean water tank.
- Unscrew the drain plug from the pump (position 21).
- Turn off the pump.
- Turn the clean water check valve.
- Remove the pressure filters (position 12).
- Remove all nozzles.
- Unscrew all stop-drip valves (position 20) from the nozzle holders (be careful not to lose the
stop-drip diaphragms).
- Disconnect the ends of the hoses that have a nut or quick-release.
- Disconnect hoses from the glycerin pressure gauge (position 14).
- Suction the foam solution from the foam tank.
- Release the sensor on the flowmeter and pull out (position 18).
Follow these steps:

Wash the machine completely.
- Drain the air system with the drain screw on the air chamber (position 17) and the drain screw
on the air filter (position 16).
- If the pump is driven by V-belts, they must be loosened.
- Clean the corroded parts and repaint them.
