Operation
8.1
First run
This chapter contains information about preparing to put your machine into operation.
Attention:
-
Before operating the machine, the operator must read and understand these instructions!
-
When connecting and disconnecting the machine, note the chapter on safety recommendations.
-
Connecting the machine affects how the tractor handles, especially during cornering and
braking.
-
The tractor's front axle must be loaded with min. 20% of the weight of the empty tractor in order
to sufficiently turn safely.
-
The tractor must ensure the prescribed delay when braking the trailer according to regulations.
-
The owner of the vehicle and its driver are required to comply with statutory regulations.
-
The maximum load of the connected machine must not exceed the permissible axle load of the
tractor. If necessary, fill the tank only partially.
-
If the sprayer is plugged into a 3-point hydraulic, secure the control knob to avoid a sudden drop
in hydraulics on the road.
When traveling by road, observe the provisions of Decree. No. 341/2002 (applies to the
Czech Republic).

Connecting
Attention!
When backing the tractor up to the sprayer, no one should be located between the tractor and

Any assistant may only guide the drive from beside the tractor and may approach the sprayer
only when the tractor is stationary.
-
Note the maximum permitted load.
-
When connecting the sprayer and when driving on roads and trails, observe Decree no.
341/2002 (applies to the Czech Republic)
-
When connecting the sprayer, use the proper equipment.
-
Connect the sprayer such that the tractor and sprayer frame are parallel to the ground.
-
Check all connected cables.
The power supply:
-
Must not be under tension when cornering, must not be pinched, must not chafe, and must
move freely.
-
Must not touch the other parts of the machine.
Securing against accidental motion:
-
On a flat surface: with hand brake or wheel chocks.
-
On a strongly sloping surface: with both hand brake and wheel chocks.
