Automatically tilting the booms with the "parallelomat" contact
antennae

A contact antennae is located on the right and left side of the booms. The tilt switch on the
control panel (2 Figure 13/1) is in the position, "contact sensors, automatic ". The antennae
maintain the proper management of the booms and automatically respond to changes in the
tilt of the land.
Function
If one of the antennae touches the ground or vegetation, an impulse is sent to the tilt motor
and the shaft turns with the cable so that the respective boom lifts further from the ground.
If both antennae on the left and on right side make contact at the same time, the lights on the
control panel turn on (1 figure 13/1) and the booms must be lifted.
Operation
The booms must first be put into working position (see Extending); height of the boom
above the ground is not controlled by the parallelomat!

antennae with automatic lifting (optional equipment)
Operated the same way as without automatic boom lifting. Chapter 13.5.4.1
Function
This additional function is activated when both antennas make contact with the ground or
vegetation.
The booms must be lowered manually, if necessary.
