Ensure all the test information is correct and the sample tube is properly 
installed on the tube holder, click 

Run

 to start. The software will automatically 

adjust the photodetector gain by running the QC particles. When the 
adjustment is completed, the software will automatically perform the QC Test. 
Click 

Report

 when the QC test is completed.
