Use 12 × 75 mm tube or 1.5 mL tube 2.0 mL

with the wells or
tubes
Plate or tube rack is not
loaded correctly.
Load the plate or tube rack with the correct
orientation. Make sure the plate or tube rack is
fully seated onto the sample tray properly.
NovoSampler (or
NovoSampler Pro or
NovoSampler Q) is not
calibrated.
Re-calibrate the NovoSampler (or NovoSampler
Pro or NovoSampler Q). Refer to associated
operator's guide for more details.
Leakage from the
SIP
Waste tubing is deformed

Reconnect the waste tubing to ensure it is
properly connected.
•
Move the instrument forward as needed to
ensure sufficient space between the
instrument and wall. Refer to associated
instrument operator's guide for more
information on properly installing
instrument.
Waste filter is clogged
Replace the waste filter following the
procedures described in associated instrument
operator's guide.
Leakage from
Sampling Pump
Incorrect tubing connection to
the sampling pump
Reconnect the tubing to the sampling pump.
Leakage from other
components of the
instrument
Incorrect pump or valve or
tubing connection or bad
sheath in-line filter
Turn off the instrument and contact Agilent
technical support for assistance.
