Append Data
Additional data can be acquired for samples which already include data. Newly
acquired data will be appended to the existing data for the sample.

Select the sample to be the Active Sample. Set the
Stop Condition
for the
acquisition.

Load the sample into the sample holder.

Click
Run
button in the
Cytometer Control
panel. If the sample already
contains data, a dialog box will pop up. Click the
Append
button to add more
data to the sample. Click the
Overwrite
button to delete the existing data and
re-collect the data.
