Open NovoExpress software. Click
Instrument > Fluidic Maintenance >
Priming
to prime the fluidic system. Ensure no fluidic leakage from the filter’s
inlet/outlet.

Load a sample tube with 1 mL Milli-Q or 0.2 µm filtered DI water onto the tube
holder. Create a new experiment. Set
Stop Condition
as 500 μL and
Flow Rate
as 120 μL/min. Click the
Run
button in
Experiment Control
panel to start the
sample acquisition. This step is to flush sample tubing.

Close the front panel. The installation is completed, and the instrument is
ready to use.
