Attenuator Tab
The
Attenuator
tab is used to manually control the attenuator that is built into the test set.
Use the
Attenuator
tab when evaluating power levels at the test-set ports and during system
checks.
Changes to the attenuator setting made here are temporary. The attenuator is reset to its
prior value when the dialog box is closed.
NOTE
Changes to the attenuator setting will degrade calibration accuracy, even after
initial settings are restored. For best results, always recalibrate after the
attenuation is changed or recycled.
