Instruction for Head Rotation Idler Gear:

1.  From the rear of the instrument and

underneath the deck, remove the stop nut
(M) from the idler gear screw, and then
from the top of the deck, back off the
idler gear screw so that the gear and
bushings (N) can be removed from the
deck.

2.  Note the orientation of the center bearing

on the gear and the condition of the
bushings.  Replace if they appear to be
excessively worn.

3.  Install the gear by reversing steps 1-2.        

NOTE: 

The stop nut should be

tightened only until the bushings
cannot rotate freely.
