Installing the power supply:
1. Slide the new power supply through the
rear of the instrument with the fan facing
the interior, and the two output terminals
facing the front.
2. Using the hardware in the bag, secure the
supply to the base using the 6-32 × 3/8
(2X) screws.
3. Remove and discard the two screws from
the output terminals in the front.
4. Use the 6-32 × 3/8 (2X) screws provided,
along with the large flat washers (2X) , to
attach the output connections. Attach the
black wires to the upper terminal. Attach
the violet wires to the lower terminal.
Take care to pull the connections away
from each other when you tighten the
screws to reduce the chance of an output
short.
5. Remove the three input screws from the
input terminals at the rear of the
instrument.
6. Attach the green/yellow wire to the lower
terminal.
7. Attach the brown wire to the center
terminal.
8. Attach the blue wire to the upper
terminal. If the wires have ring terminals
which will not fit in the space provided,
you may cut them off and strip ¼ inch of
insulation. These wires may then be
clamped under the screw terminals.
9. Replace the instrument front and back
panels.
