3. Open the front sample door (C) and pull

the sides out gently to remove the front
sample door.

4. Remove all mounting screws (D) from

the front panel of the instrument, and pull
the panel down and out.

5. Remove the four cap screws (E) that

secure the deck in place.

6. Disconnect the tubing from the heat

transfer fluid fill port fitting (F).

7. From the back of the unit, disconnect the

main power harness connector (PS1).

8. Disconnect the communications port

ribbon cable connector from J5 on the
motor control board (G).

9. Disconnect the four connectors (J3, J8,

J12, and J13) from the Main Control
PCB (H) to the front panel harness
assembly. Disconnect the printer power
connectors SP12.

10. Disconnect the cooling tank thermistor

connector from J6 on the motor control
board and clip all cable ties to remove the
cable completely from the deck.

11. Disconnect the cooling block probe

connector CP2 from J2. Cut all cable ties
and remove completely from the deck.
