Use this instruction with replace-

ment parts 4C3511.

Tools Needed:

Phillips screwdriver, flat-bladed

screwdriver, open-ended wrench, nutdriver.

Warning-Hazardous Voltage

CAUTION: 

Improper connections

may cause damage to the instrument.

Instruction for Keypad:

1. Turn off the instrument and disconnect the

power cord.

2. Remove all eight screws (A) from the

back cover of the instrument. Lift the
cover back gently and then down to gain
access to the two-wire back cover fan
connector (B). Unplug the connector to
disconnect the fans. Pull the cover off
gently and place it on a level surface.

CAUTION:

Do not attempt to

remove the cover from the unit
until the fan is disconnected. 

3.  Disconnect the ribbon cable (C) from the

main harness (D).

4.  Remove the nut from the grounding stud

on the left side of the display board (E)
and remove the keypad grounding tab (F)
from the stud.

5.  Remove the keypad by peeling the keypad

from the front panel assembly (G).

6.  Carefully pull the keypad grounding tab

and ribbon cable through the slots.

7.  Install the replacement keypad by

reversing steps 1-4.
