Fluid Pump Diaphragm Replacement Kit

4C3190

Reference:

Use this instruction with

replacement kit 4C3190.  This kit may only be
used with KNF pumps.

Tools Needed:

Phillips screwdriver.

Warning-Hazardous Voltage

Warning-Internal components may
be damaged by static electricity.

CAUTION: 

Improper connections

may cause damage to the instrument.

Instruction:

1. Drain and save the heat transfer fluid as

instructed in the instrument User Guide.

2. Turn off the instrument and disconnect the

power cord.

3. Open the front sample door (A) and pull

the sides out gently to remove the front
sample door.

4. Remove all mounting screws (B) from the

front panel of the instrument, and pull the
panel down and out.

5. Check the data label on the body of the

heat transfer fluid pump.  Make sure that
the manufacturer is “KNF Fluids”, and that
the listed type is “PML4313-NF30”.  If it
is, continue with step 6.  Please note
caution below.
