See Figure 4. Remove the cover panel from
electrical box “ K “.

Remove screw “M”.

Loosen the ( 6 ) “L” screws and tip the electrical
box forward, away from the tank.

See Figure 3. Grip panel “H” near the hinge for
door “D”, pull the panel away from the machine,
then forward to remove.

Remove the panel from the left side of the
operators compartment (8 screws).

Disconnect the hose from the bottom of the
solution tank.

MACHINES WITH HYDRO-MAX II OPTION
ONLY - disconnect the hose from the barb on
front of the solution tank. Also disconnect the
(2) electrical connectors in front of the tank.

Lift the solution tank off of the machine.
Follow steps in reverse order to reassemble.
Note:
On Hydro-Max II machines, the electrical connector with the gray and brown/white wires should be
connected to the float switch in the small (steel) soap tank. The connector with the yellow/black and green/
yellow wires should be connected to the float switch in the large (plastic) solution tank.
