Setting Initiator Mode
The ArrayMasStor J Series supports initiator mode, which allows the ArrayMasStor to copy all of its
data to another SCSI drive or ArrayMasStor with an equal or larger capacity.
From the change configuration menu, use the up or down button
to display INITIATOR MODE. Press the select button to access
this menu.
Use the up or down button to choose ON or OFF, and press the
select button to enable or disable the initiator mode.
Press the select button to confirm the change, or press the cancel
button to return to the previous menu without changing the
initiator mode.
MODE CHANGED appears to confirm that the change has been
made. Press the select button to confirm the change.
The changes will take effect when the ArrayMasStor is restarted.
After the ArrayMasStor is restarted, it acts as the initiator (host).
Press the select button to continue.
Press the select button to confirm. Press the cancel button to
return to the previous display.
Press the up and down buttons to select a channel. Press select to
confirm.
Press the up or down button to display the target SCSI ID. Press
the select button to confirm the target SCSI ID.
