Reconfigure
Using reconfigure, it is possible to alter the number of LUN to be configured, assign individual RAID
levels to each LUN, and set the capacity (in reference to the ArrayMasStor’s total capacity) for each
RAID Level.
IMPORTANT !
The reconfigure function will erase all of the data stored on the
ArrayMasStor.
It is strongly recommended that data be
regularly backed up.
From the Change Configuration menu, use the up or down button to
display RECONFIGURE. Press the select button to access
reconfigure menu.
Reconfiguring the ArrayMasStor will start the data initialization
process, which will erase all of the data stored on the ArrayMasStor.
To confirm, press the select button. Pressing the cancel button aborts
the change.
Use the up or down button to display spare assignment.
Press the select button to assign a single spare drive.
Use the up button to select the desired RAID level for the first
available LUN.
Then press the select button to enter the new setting.
Press select button to confirm.
Enter the desired storage capacity of the LUN. The maximum size for
the selected RAID level is also displayed. If all of the capacity is not
used, the remaining capacity can be assigned to another LUN.
Press select button to confirm.
