Drive Status
From the main menu, use the up or down button to display DRIVE
STATUS. Then press the select button to access the drive status
menu. Press the up or down button to choose the desired drive.
Press the cancel button to return the display to the main menu.

Physical location of the drive
DRIVE STATUS
Status of the drive. (See next table for details.)
DRIVE POWER
1 means that drive is powered on. 0 means power off.
LOGICAL DRIVE
NUMBER
Usually corresponds to the physical drive number. However, after
data reconstruction on a spare drive, the logical drive numbers of the
failed and spare drives are swapped. In this case, the logical drive
number will be different from the physical number.

The drive is operating normally.
FAIL

The drive has failed and should be replaced as soon as
possible.
NO DMA33
010
The drive does not support Ultra DMA 33MB. It should be
replaced with a drive that supports Ultra DMA 33MB.
Too Small

The drive is smaller than other drives in the ArrayMasStor.
RECONST
022
Data reconstruction is in progress.
REPLACED
002
The failed drive was replaced, but data reconstruction has not
started because auto reconstruction mode is turned off.
MISSING
011
The drive has been removed.
SPARE
300
The drive is reserved as a spare.
BLANK
101
There is no drive in this location.
EXTRA
100
A drive is installed but is not recognized by the firmware.
