Prepare emergency start of the motor
Needed to start the UMC22 after it has tripped although the cooling time
is still running.
DIx 0
1 transition: resets UMC22 thermal memory, cooling time and
other faults.
DIx = 1 (continuously): fault signals on DIs are ignored - if parameterized.
Remark:
Not
infl uenced / still effective:
- "motor off" signals on DIx - if parametrized
- check-back fault - current or auxiliary contacts
- bus fault if
Bus fault reaction = Relays off
- limit and torque signals of the actuator
The motor can be started with a 0
1 transition of the RUN command
under responsability of the operator.
Remark:
The same function is possible also via command telegram:
PREPARE EMERGENCY START (3.4.3).
Warning:
The fi rst emergency start - via digital input or via control sy-
stem / fi eldbus - sets an internal fl ag that cannot be resetted
(notr: 0xxx-> xxx)
