2.3.5 Other switchgear components
Oddzielnie pakowane elementy, takie jak:
wkładki bezpiecznikowe,
transformatory i dławiki o wadze ponad 25 kg, przy montażu
podłogowym ponad 100 kg,
aparaty o wysokiej wartości,
wyświetlacze,
moduły z jednofazowymi transformatorami mocy ponad 2 kVA,
zapasowe moduły wysuwne lub wtykowe/wyjmowalne,
posiadają opis wskazujący miejsca instalowania. W celu ich monta-
żu należy zapoznać się z dołączonymi instrukcjami.
Separately packed components, such as
fuses,
transformers and reactors with a weight of more than 25 kg,
fIoor mounted units of more than 100 kg,
precision instruments of high value,
fluorescent tubes,
modules with single phase control power transformers
of more than 2 kVA,
spare withdrawable or plug-in/disconnectable modules
are marked with their place of instalIation. The encIosed mounting
instructions must be observed.

Rozładunek i transport po rozładunku
2.4 Unloading and transport at site
Samochód może być rozładowany przez dźwig lub podnośnik wi-
dłowy. Ładunek musi być odstawiony na płaską powierzchnię.
The truck can be unloaded by crane or fork-lift truck. The loads
must be lowered onto a flat surface.
2.4.1 Transport poziomy
2.4.1 Ground transport
Za pomocą podnośnika widłowego (patrz Rys. 24).
Dźwigiem
W sytuacjach awaryjnych, na rolkach (min. 3 rolki). W tym
przy
padku należy usunąć drewniane belki poprzeczne (tylko dla
celek do 1200 kg) (patrz Rys. 26).
Rozdzielnice
należy transportować tylko w pozycji pionowej
Należy unikać przechylania i skośnego ustawiania celek (patrz
Rys. 24).
Pojedyncze celki (bez modułów wysuwnych, wyłącznikowe bez
wyłączników) w sytuacjach awaryjnych, gdy wysokość otworu
drzwiowego na miejscu instalowania unie
możliwia prawidłowego
transportu, mogą być krótkotrwale transportowane w pozycji po-
ziomej, przy zapewnieniu podparcia profili szafy na dużej po-
wierzchni.
Celka może łatwo się przewrócić podczas trans-
por
tu ręcznym podnośnikiem. Dlatego odległość
pomiędzy belkami drewnianymi lub paletą a zie-
mią powinna być mniejsza niż 3 mm (patrz Rys.
24).

By lifting and conveying devices.
In an emergency, with rollers (min. 3 pieces). For roller
transport the wooden cross-beams must be removed (only for
cubicles with transverse sections up to 1200 kg) (see fig. 26).
Switchgear cubicles have to be transported only in the vertical
position.
Tilting and canting must be avoided (see fig. 24).
Single cubicles (cubicles without withdrawable modules, circ-
uit breaker cubicles without circuit breakers) may be briefly
tilted into the horizontal position if the height of the doorway to
the place of erection does not permit vertical transport. ln this
case the cubicle sections must be supported over a wide
area.
Cubicles may easily tip over when transported
with a hand-pulled truck. Therefore the distance
between the wooden cross beam or the pallet
and the underground should not be more than
3 mm (see fig. 24).
