6.3 Lower frame and base

6.3.1 Replacing stop lugs

General

The function of the stop lug is to allow the positioner after station interchange to
be positioned in an accurate position.

Replace the station stop lug immediately if it is damaged.

DANGER

Turn off all:

electric power supply

•

hydraulic pressure supply

•

air pressure supply

to the robot, before entering the safeguarded space.

Note

Keep the contact surfaces clean.
